Is my clients' data safe?
Yes. The database is a single file stored on your own computer, and it is never sent to any server or third party. Whoever holds the machine holds the data — no one else.
Does the software work without internet?
Yes, it works entirely offline. Internet is only needed if you want to use the links to Algeria's electronic judicial services from inside the software.
What happens when the free trial ends?
A window appears asking for the activation key, and it shows your machine ID. The data you entered during the trial stays exactly as it is — nothing is deleted.
How do I get the activation key?
Send us the machine ID shown by the software over WhatsApp, and we will send you the key linked to your machine.
Can one licence be used on more than one machine?
No. Every licence is tied to a single machine ID. If you want to run the software on other machines in the office, you will need a licence for each one.
Does it run on Mac or Linux?
The current version is for Windows only.
Can several people in the office use it?
Yes, the software supports multiple user accounts with different permissions on the same machine.
Do I lose my data if the computer breaks down?
The database is a file you can back up like any other. We recommend backing it up regularly to an external drive.
Is the software available in French?
The software's interface is entirely in Arabic. This website is available in Arabic, French and English.
Are updates free?

Do I need technical knowledge to install it?
No. Installation is as ordinary as any Windows program, and we will help you over WhatsApp if you run into any difficulty.
